新建子模块，添加框架支持，选择web框架

检查父工程依赖是否齐全，不全的子模块自己添加

Artifacts中没有依赖的，打包时jar包打不出去，添加lib目录并添加jar

编写SpringMVC的配置文件springmvc-servlet.xml
